I was in Kampala recently and I read this on page 6 of the 4 October 2011 edition of New Vision "Uganda's Leading Daily."
"School closed over demons
Lwala Girls' Secondary School in Kaberamaido district was closed over the weekend due to claims of persistent demonic attacks. The district education officer, Moses Ochung, said over 18 students were reportedly possessed by demons, causing fear among students and teachers. He said efforts to chase away the demons using prayers had failed. The decision to close the school was made by the school's board of governors."
